Personal Description: I am a passionate geology student currently completing a PhD in Marine Geology at Victoria University, Wellington. Through my passion for all things earth science and geography (social and physical) related I want to help other people to learn and succeed in this wonderful subject – a subject relevant and visible in all of our daily lives. I am 23, female, and very patient with experience working with a range of ages, abilities and experience.

Let me assist you in all aspects of learning and subject matter from revision guidance and practice, essay writing, coursework planning and completion and general learning and subject discovery.

Tutoring Experience: Previous work has included tutoring and assistant lecturing for undergraduate students at Southampton University as well as assisting college students of ages 12 to 18 in the UK.

Tutoring Approach: Flexible, patient, excited, interested and encouraging, plus an adaptable learning/teaching approach as all students are different.

Qualifications:

• BSc Geological Oceanography (first class with honours) - Bangor University, UK, 2004
• Currently completing PhD in Marine Geology, Victoria University Wellington, ongoing.
